Update re: BNC mailings to recipients in Canada. As of October 10, 2025, the prior general strike has been updated to a rotating strike; and as of October 17, 2025, the BNC has resumed mailing to Canada, but significant delays are expected.  Please be aware that notice recipients in Canada have not received court-issued notices through the Bankruptcy Noticing Center since September 26, 2025, when Canada Post announced a shutdown due to national labor actions between Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers. Electronic bankruptcy noticing through the BNC is currently not an option for international recipients.
