Court Fees
All court fees must be paid by check or money order, or by a credit or debit card by going to www.wvnb.uscourts.gov and accessing the WVNB Payment Form which can be found under the ‘Program and Services’ tab. Checks and money orders should be made payable to “Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court”. Checks from a debtor with a pending case will not be accepted.
