A fee is charged for each page viewed.  Please visit the link "PACER Information" located on the left menu for more information.

ON LINE REQUESTS FOR COPIES FROM THE CLERK'S OFFICE:  You may also email the clerk's office for copies of documents by using the WVNB Payment Form to which you  will find a link on the court's main website page.  You may use your credit or debit card to pay any fees due through the use of this form.  In most instances, your copies can be emailed at the email address provided by you.

IN PERSON: Bankruptcy records can be viewed at no charge using the public access terminals in the Wheeling and Clarksburg bankruptcy clerk’s offices and at the Martinsburg district court clerk’s office.

CASES FILED BEFORE DECEMBER 1, 2003: If the case has been closed for more than a year, documents can be viewed only by case participants with a CM/ECF login or can be viewed at the public access terminals. Copies of documents can be mailed by the clerk’s office at a charge of $.50 per page.

ARCHIVED CASE INFORMATION: To determine if a case is archived at the National Archives and Records Administration, please contact the clerk’s office. It will be necessary to complete a NARA Bankruptcy Cases Order Form and include the case location section of the form with information obtained from the clerk’s office. The Bankruptcy Cases Order Form can be mailed, faxed or emailed to the records center. Please note that any documents filed on or after March 3, 2003, are maintained electronically by the clerk’s office and would not require submission of a form to the records center.
