Requests for copies of recordings of proceedings must be made in writing by submitting form AO436-TAPE ORDER and a check made payable to the Clerk - U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the amount pursuant to the Bankruptcy Miscellaneous Fee Schedule. Requests from debtors must be accompanied by a money order made payable to the Clerk - U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

Requests for recordings of proceedings must be signed and dated by the ordering party. See items numbers 18 and 19 on form AO436.A court employee will duplicate the disc and forward same to the requesting party.
