Claims E-Filing

Monday, July 2, 2012

Effective July 2, 2012, proofs of claim in all cases will be accepted electronically through the Court's website using the Claims E-Filing feature. This is a mutual benefit for creditors and the Court because it saves postage, mail handling costs, and helps ensure that claims are filed in the proper case before the applicable bar date. When the Claims E-Filing feature is used, the proof of claim (along with all attachments) is automatically docketed to the Claim's Register without the need to obtain a PACER log-in and password. The E-Filing feature is actually a blank, fillable B10 claim form.
