As you know, you have responsibility to insure that "personal identifiers" are not included in the papers you submit for filing. Since electronic filing has the negative impact of giving the entire world certain information about people, it is critical that we safeguard as much personal information as possible. PLEASE remember that you should not include:

full social security numbers (except as permitted and required)
children's names
account numbers
Dates of birth

We, in this office, see too many papers filed which DO have personal identifiers included. To date, staff of the Clerk's Office have taken the liberty of assisting you by removing prohibited information if they (our staff) happen across such information. We have done this as a pure service to those of you who practice here and might have overlooked some sensitive information. When we touch your work product, such a practice is fraught with danger. Therefore, we will not continue to redact under any circumstance (even though I wish we could help you in this respect). Time permitting, we will attempt to call you and alert you to personal identifiers which have been included with your pleadings and attachments so that you might file an amended (redacted) version of that paper.
Please understand that if you DO inadvertently include a personal identifier, you can use motion practice to obtain an order to redact that which has already been filed.
